2019 VENDOR APPLICATION
Rules and Guidelines

  1. As an Exhibitor- Customer service is number one!! Exhibitors and their employees MUST maintain a professional attitude at all times, with booth attendees and fellow exhibitors. Prompt delivery of all merchandise purchased is expected. Your prices need to remain the same throughout the show. If prices change, it tells the customer to wait till the last minute to shop. Your booth area MUST LOOK NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. You will not be allowed to break down booth before the close of event and must remain open for business the entire day. Anything left at booth space will be disposed of after the close of the event. There will be a recycling bend and dumpster available for all vendors. Each booth is given 2 free passes for representatives to come and go freely throughout the vent. Additional passes can be purchased and will be charged directly to vendor/responsible party.
  2. Parking-We will have an area for you to park trailers and vehicles. Location: Tillman’s Corner Community Center – 5055 Carol Plantation Road | Mobile, AL 36619 Office Number: 251-666-2488
  3. Tables- need to be covered to the floor with a cloth. Covering should hide all boxes and items in view. (Table cloths are not provided)
  4. Setup Times: Friday, Oct 11, 2019 1 – 4 p.m.
  5. Internet Service- This is available and handled directly through the Tillman’s Corner Community Center. Wi-Fi available.
  6. All vendors must submit photos of merchandise in advance. Booth Size: 10 x 10 Electricity: $10.00 per booth in addition to rental
