Maintenance Technician (Apartments)
We are seeking a maintenance tech for multifamily complex. Willing to train the right candidate.
Pay Rate: Negotiable depending on experience. Paid twice monthly.
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM. to 6:00 PM. Monday through Saturday, 40 hours including rotating on call status

Assist the Community Manager and /or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner Consistently answer “24 Hour on-Call” emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner. Make available apartments ready for move-in. Report any maintenance problems to the Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor in controlling expenses. Participate in an ongoing community preventative maintenance and improvement plan. Follow-up on service requests to assure the highest quality customer satisfaction, and all other duties as may be assigned. Strong commitment to company goals and values Perform the tasks assigned in an orderly and timely manner. Needs to be a good communicator and listener.
Possess and continually improve technical skills necessary, to perform assigned maintenance. Possess and continually improve technical skills in all areas of property maintenance. Be committed to the success of each associate as a member of the team Customer Service oriented. (Must be professional.)
Requires on year of experience. Requires a High School Diploma, GED, or Technical College. Requires a valid, current Driver’s License. Requires a General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service to include the following: Painting, carpentry and light electrical, grounds, vacancies, light appliance repair and installation, a/c repair and installation. Requires a background check and drug screen. HVAC certification a plus.
